The LaSalle Police Association is the sole bargaining agent for members of the LaSalle Police Service representing the collective interests of 50 Uniform and Civilian employees of the Service.

In 2008 the L.P.A. successfully negotiated a five year contract with the LaSalle Police Services Board that was fair for the membership and fair for the tax payers of LaSalle.  The agreement will keep the cost of municipal policing extremely reasonable and will enable the Service to provide the highest level of Community based policing.

The majority of our members live in your community, are involved in your community and proudly serve the residents of LaSalle.

The LPA strongly urges residents to vote in the 2010 Municipal Election and support those candidates that support local community based policing.

The Association donates thousands of dollars annually to community related events, programs and activities.  Requests for donations can be sent to lasallepoliceassociation@cogeco.net
